Tibetan Buddhism at PPI

Chagdud Gonpa Ati Ling is part of a network of dharma centers in North and South America that was established by His Eminence Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche. Here at PPI – Ati Ling we are fortunate to have as director the resident lama (teacher) Tromge Jigme Rinpoche, who was trained in the traditional Tibetan Buddhist manner from early childhood. Together, Ati Ling and PPI host a number of Buddhist events year-round, to which everyone is welcome. Jigme Rinpoche offers detailed instructions and guidance for all levels of Buddhism, and anyone genuinely interested in deepening their spiritual practice seeker is welcome to attend retreats at PPI or meet with Rinpoche for meditation instruction.

Tibetan Buddhism encompasses a vast range of meditations that can be found in most Buddhist traditions, and also has a unique emphasis on elaborate ritual forms that enhance understanding of the practices. Anyone from beginner to more seasoned practitioner can benefit from the support available at PPI, whether through formal instruction and sitting with the sangha, or studying in the very comprehensive library.
